Researchers from around the world met in Montreal for the 7th International Conference on Innate Immune Memory.

The three-day conference brought together scientists and young researchers to discuss the latest developments in the rapidly evolving field of innate immune memory. The program covered a broad range of topics, from the molecular and epigenetic mechanisms underlying trained immunity to its roles in infection, inflammation, metabolism, vaccination and human disease.

Several leading researchers in the field presented their latest work, while young scientists had the opportunity to share their research through talks and posters. Beyond the scientific presentations, the conference created opportunities for researchers at different career stages to establish new connections and strengthen existing collaborations. The relatively focused size of the meeting encouraged informal discussions between speakers and participants throughout those three days.

Overall, the meeting provided a great opportunity to share recent results and connect researchers working in the growing field of innate immune memory.
